Residential Additional Red Lid Bins

Residential additional red lid bins (bins for materials that cannot be recycled or composted) can be requested.  Fees apply.  

Any requests for additional 240L red lid bins for multi occupancy dwellings (units), should be submitted by the managing body of the unit complex.


The following fees apply for the 2022/2023 financial year.

How is the fee levied?



Ratepayers will have the charge added to their rates bill.


Tenants are required to pay the fee upfront.

This charge is invoiced quarterly.
