Prebooked Council Clean Up

Due to Covid-19 staff shortages, your waste services may be running late and not collected on your scheduled collection day. Please leave your bins or clean up at kerbside we will be coming to collect your services, we appreciate your understanding during this time.

Two pre booked council clean ups per financial year are offered to eligible properties in most areas of the Shire. The pre booked clean ups must be booked either by an eligible resident or by a strata manager (for large complexes). 

It is best to plan ahead - book in a clean up at least 8 weeks in advance. As this is a popular service, during peak periods waiting time can be more than 8 weeks.

All valid bookings will be given a booking reference number. If you have made a booking but have not received a reference number please contact us.

Houses and Small Complexes

Small complexes refers to unit, villa or townhouse complexes with 6 or less dwellings. Residents are entitled to 2 collections per financial year.

Large Complexes

Large complexes refer to unit, villa or townhouse complexes with 7 or more dwellings. Residents in large complexes have a common collection date.
Inaccessible and Remote Properties

Inaccessible and Remote Properties

The Prebooked Clean Up service does not apply to inaccessible and remote properties in the Shire. This includes Woronora River properties, and Maianbar / Bundeena properties.
