Residential and commercial properties

If offensive graffiti is both visible and accessible from public land, council will remove graffiti on residential and commercial properties free of charge, after obtaining approval from the owner of the property. In other circumstances residents can request and obtain council’s free graffiti removal kit.

Council can provide a quote for graffiti removal on residential and commercial properties (Contact Us). The graffiti will be removed on a fee for service basis.  Council's free graffiti removal kit is also available on request.

Only 1 kit per applicant per year will be provided. Graffiti removal products can also be obtained from hardware stores. The kit may only be used on the property of the applicant.

Chemicals in the kit can be harmful if used incorrectly. You must read the material safety information that comes with the kit prior to using the graffiti removal products.
